A COUNTY business has raised more than £3,000 for a charity which delivers immediate medical care to those who are critically injured and ill in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Prometheus Medical, based at Hope-under-Dinmore, raised the cash for Mercia Accident Rescue Service [MARS] at its annual charity golf day.
The ninth event took place at Herefordshire Golf Club and saw 14 teams turn out to raise a total of £3,397.95. Local businesses also donated prizes for winners.
Prometheus Medical has donated funds to MARS for the past six years to help train and equip MARS volunteers.
