FOUR people were taken to hospital following a crash in South Herefordshire.

Emergency services were called to the B4225 in Old Gore at around 6.40pm on Saturday, October 22, following reports of a two-car collision.

Three ambulances and a paramedic area support officer attended as well as two fire crews.

A man in his 20s, who sustained head and chest injuries, was given trauma care at the scene before being taken to Hereford County Hospital.

A second man suffered a knee injury and a third man sustained a shoulder injury.

He was given pain relief before both men were taken to the same hospital for further treatment.

A fourth patient, a woman in her 50s, was also taken to Hereford Hospital due to underlying health concerns.
