AN appeal has been made against a refusal to a certificate of lawful development.
The applicant applied for a certificate of lawful development for the existing use of land at Wyeside Eign, Outfall Works Road, Hereford as B2 (general industrial)and B8 (storage or distribution) use.
Herefordshire Council refused the application because they say no lawful 10 year period can be claimed.
An appeal hearing will be held at Council Offices, Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE on January 31 at 10am.
