VISITORS to a National Trust property near Leominster are being encouraged to unwind with a spot of yoga while enjoying the great outdoors.

Those appreciating ‘Capability’ Brown’s final landscape masterpiece at Berrington Hall can practice a little escapism as they perform their best ‘child’s pose’ in the pavilion.

Yoga sessions will be run by UP yoga, who provide unique yoga experiences to all levels and abilities.

Sessions cost £15 per person and normal admission charges apply. Booking is essential and interested participants will need to call 01568 615721 to book.

Berrington is also launching its captivating contemporary art installation in the walled garden on Saturday 10 June.

Aptly titled ‘Look! Look! Look!’, the ‘pineapple pavilion’ has been designed by internationally renowned artists, Heather and Ivan Morison, and takes its inspiration from the eighteenth-century walled garden and mansion, as well as the Georgian ‘eye-catcher’.
