Window smashed during attempted break-in at doctor's surgery
THE doctor's surgery in Much Birch had its back window smashed during an attempted burglary.
Between 5.30am and 6.15am on May 9 somebody accessed the back garden of the surgery through an unlocked gate and used bolt croppers to cut the padlocks off two garden sheds.
Nothing was stolen from inside either shed. A brick from the rear garden was then used to smash a window of the surgery but no access was gained as they were possibly disturbed.
