FOUR people were taken to hospital following a crash in south Herefordshire.

Emergency services were called near to Dovecote Care Home, near Llangarron, at around 8.10am on Tuesday following reports of a collision involving two cars.

Four patients – a young boy, girl, a female teenager who was driving one of the vehicles, and a man – were all taken to Hereford County Hospital.

A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said their injuries were not thought to have been serious.

Three ambulances, a paramedic officer, a fire and rescue crew and police attended.
