A NEW simple way to help make a difference to the lives of disabled children is on offer.
As part of our Project Chrysalis campaign – an ambitious but dedicated commitment to raising £35,000 for Megan Baker House to enable 10 children to receive free conductive education for one year – we have launched a text donation.
It means you can donate any amount by simply picking up your phone. If readers were each able to donate just £2 we would be even closer to hitting our target and making a real difference.
Lee Gough, chief executive at Megan Baker House, said: "The campaign is a fantastic opportunity for us to reach more people and tell more people about the fact that we seem to be Herefordshire's best kept secret and we want to be Herefordshire's worst kept secret.
"We are self funding and community spirit of this kind means a great deal to us."
