HIGH-powered businesswomen with international credentials will be heading up a weekend devoted to empowerment for women at a venue described as a five-star Herefordshire hideaway.

Vikki Thomas from Hereford, a multiple business owner, chartered surveyor and an international speaker, has devised a Business Accelerator Mastermind (BAM) from March 23 – 26 for women entrepreneurs at The Colloquy, an exclusive events’ venue in Lyonshall, owned by Dragons’ Den contender, Jo Hilditch who produces a popular drink, British Cassis in the village.

Hailed as a rare and special event, the weekend will provide a fun, safe, supportive and relaxing environment where women can learn, be challenged and emerge strong, confident and passionate about taking their businesses to the next level.

Founder and owner of the Intelligent Millionaires Network London which attracts everyone from high net worth individuals, start-ups, business owners and property investors, Vikki has had the opportunity to offer mentoring, guidance and support for many while connecting them to other likeminded people so that they can achieve their dreams.

She is delighted to announce that the weekend will include input from Baroness Michelle Mone and Baroness Karren Brady, and a subsequent weekend in May will be joined by Jo Malone and Laura Tenison from Jo Jo Maman Bebe.

A lingerie tycoon, Baroness Mone of Mayfair made waves when she entered the House of Lords, offering fellow peers advice on underwear and earning the nickname ‘Baroness Bra’. During David Cameron’s premiership, she served as his business tsar.

Meanwhile, Baroness Brady is known as ‘The First Lady of Football’, a former managing director of Birmingham City Football Club and vice-chairman of West Ham United FC.

A sporting executive, politician, newspaper columnist and author, she also features as an aide to Lord Sugar in the BBC One series The Apprentice.

She was the Small Business Ambassador to the Government under Mr Cameron.

The organiser of the weekend puts considerable energy into supporting and educating women in the art of business success. She climbed the corporate ladder in Colliers International, a male dominated industry, and has experienced, and overcome, many challenges within business.
