A MAN who stole a bank card from a 95-year-old lady and used it in shops has been jailed.
Matthew Schramm,37, of Northwick Road, Evesham took the card that had been left in a chip and pin machine and then used it in shops.
He was picked up on CCTV.
Schramm was also sentenced for the theft of a £150 drill from B & Q.
He has been given a four week prison sentence after pleading guilty to two counts of theft and one count of fraud.
The 95-year-old victim was described by police as "very shaken" by the incident.
Police hand delivered a bouquet of flowers to her, with the money coming from the Police Community Fund.
He was sentenced at Worcester Magistrates Court on Wednesday April 11.
