AN Evesham charity has scooped £4,000 from Tesco’s Bags of Help community grant scheme.
Springfield Mind, which is in Oat Street, Evesham aims to to promote wellbeing and prevent mental health problems in Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
Sally Ward, team leader of Springfield Mind, said: “Parents need and deserve emotional support to improve their own wellbeing and in turn that of their children.
"Parenting can be tough and Springfield Mind is so grateful that with this money they can run a parent to parent support group to help enable families to thrive in our community.
“From May we will now be able to set up a parent to parent peer support group in Wallace House Community Centre”
