THIS was the scene left at a Hereford war memorial.
Bottles and wrappers were left strewn across the bottom of the memorial, near to Widemarsh Common.
The memorial commemorates the men of Holmer who were killed in both World Wars.
The litter was cleared up thanks to the efforts of a volunteer.
