BROMYARD TOWN 0, AFC WULFRUNIANS 2
BROMYARD Town lost ground again in the Sport Italia West Midlands Premier Division on Saturday with a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Wulfrunians.
The visitors pace and movement was a constant threat to Bromyard's defenders and in the 26th minute a corner to Wulfrunians was headed home from close range by Rick Anslow to open the scoring.
After the break, the home team got back into the game, but on the hour once again a needless penalty was given away and in form veteran 'keeper John Meek had no chance from Andy Mitchell's well taken spot-kick.
Although Bromyard tried very hard to stage a comeback, the goal drought continued leaving them firmly rooted at the foot of the league table.
