CHILDREN at Bright Sparks, Colwall’s pre-school, had a special reason to celebrate when it received a good Ofsted report.
Bright Sparks is a community pre-school that has been established for 35 years, and runs every day in Colwall Village Hall.
"Children have a wonderful time in this stimulating, caring environment,” wrote Ofsted inspector Diane Hancock in her report. “Children thrive because of the excellent partnership between their key person and their parents.”
She also praised the individual attention the children get from experienced and committed staff, who support their progress with a good range of resources and well planned activities.
Play leader Sue Ginn is delighted with the report. She said: “As a community group, our relationship with parents is very important, and once again Ofsted has recognised the excellence we offer in involving parents with their children’s development."
