Council reaches the final six in awards scheme

A LOCAL council has been named as a finalist in two categories of a national awards scheme. Forest of Dean District Council has reached the final six in both the legal services and public protection categories of the 2012 MJ Awards. The council’s legal and environmental teams will now have to prepare presentations. They will find out if they have been successful during a ceremony in London in June.
