Pink glow on midnight walk

THESE lovely ladies put their best foot forward to take part in a fund-raising night time walk in aid of St Michael’s Hospice.
The team, from Ledbury and calling themselves the Pink Pixies, were among 750 ladies who completed the Venus Midnight Walk in Hereford.
Jane Hemingway, events and community fund-raising manager at St Michael’s, said the walk was a great success.
“Our thanks must go the wonderful ladies of Herefordshire and surrounding counties who demonstrated their generosity of spirit once again by participating in the biggest fund-raising event on the hospice calendar.
“The buzz created by streets filled with hundreds of walking women lasts long after the night is over.”
