Section of road along A49 near Leominster covered in nails, nuts and bolts

MOTORISTS are urged to travel along the A49 near Leominster with care this afternoon as the road is covered in nuts, bolts and nails.
Police believe the items, scattered around the A49 Southbound between A44 Worcester Road and the B4361 Hereford, may have fallen from the back of a lorry at around 2pm today.
The police are at the scene and the Highways Agency have been called out.
