AWARD: Snooker legend Steve Davis presents the trophy to Shane Howells.
LEDBURY window and conservatory company Shane Howells Ltd has been voted best in Central England in a national consumer survey for the third year running.
The trophy comes from the independent window installers’ organisation Network VEKA and follows customer satisfaction returns from nearly 16,000 households across Britain and Ireland.
Mr Howells said: “We’re obviously thrilled to be voted best in the region again. It’s lovely for the team to be recognised. As with our last two awards, I’d also like to thank our customers, old and new, for helping us achieve this fantastic accolade.”
Network VEKA is a ‘sectoral standards organisation’ which says it only accepts the best, most professional window and door companies and then makes sure they stay the best.
All prospective members undergo vetting before being accepted and must agree to regular audits.
