BROMYARD’S Chamber of Commerce has a new face at the helm after chairman Paul Webster stepped down due to work commitments.

Geoff McGladdery, formerly the managing director of the town’s biggest employer Polytec Holden, took over on Sunday (November 21) with the aim of helping Bromyard “achieve its true potential”.

He said: “Bromyard has some world-leading businesses, some wonderful, dynamic and creative people and a strong sense of local community. With these attributes and close collaboration I am sure we can play a part in improving our community.”
