THE remains of 22 bodies removed from a Bromyard graveyard have been reburied.
The bodies had been removed from land beside the former Congregational Church, in Sherford Street, by a team from Border Archaeology, of Leominster, and a reinterment ceremony was held at the town’s cemetery by Rev Graham Sykes.
Herefordshire Council has approved plans to turn the grade two listed building into housing.
