PITMAN Training Worcester is aiming to bridge the knowledge gap and provide more informed career advice and support for school leavers by offering free career profiling sessions and showcasing vocational training as a viable, cost-effective alternative to university at its centre in New Street on Thursday, August 21
Centre Manger, Jazz Chateau said: “Each year we see students come out of school unsure as to their next move. We also regularly hear from employers that students straight out of school and college often require training before they can be of real value to the business. What we’re looking to do is fill this gap and help everyone be more productive. We’re really keen to work with local students to help them prepare themselves in the best possible way for finding the career they want. We really enjoy hearing about people’s aspirations and working with them to help them achieve their career goals.”
Students interested in attending the in-centre open day for free career and CV clinics, alongside other initiatives such as help with producing a tailored five year career plan, career MOT’s and free course demonstrations, can contact 01905 20443 to find out more information.
