BUSINESS is stacking up for Hartlebury-based records management specialists Whitefoot-Forward.

The company has been appointed to store and manage the archived paper records of law firm Rickerbys of Cheltenham, which merged with Worcester solicitors Harrison Clark last year.

Colin Box, business director at Harrison Clark Rickerbys, said: "Whitefoot-Forward has been providing a cost-effective storage solution for Harrison Clark for several years, and so when the need arose for additional storage to meet our extra needs following the merger of Harrison Clark and Rickerbys it was an obvious solution. The company has a strong reputation for looking after confidential documents for many other professional services firms, both in Worcestershire and across the Midlands.”

Michael Whitefoot, managing director of Whitefoot-Forward Records Management, added: "We are very pleased to continue to assist Harrison Clark Rickerbys with its additional records management needs and offer our unrivalled service to their offices across the Midlands. We look forward continuing this relationship in the years to come.”

Harrison Clark Rickerbys has 350 staff and partners based at offices in Worcester, Cheltenham, Hereford, Ross-on-Wye, the Thames Valley, and by appointment in Birmingham and central London, providing a complete spectrum of legal services to both business and private clients, regionally, nationally and internationally. The firm has specialist expertise in hospitality, leisure and sport; construction and engineering; health and social care; defence, security and the forces; agriculture and rural affairs and education and legal services involving children. The work generates large volumes of highly confidential information that, by law, needs to be stored and easily accessed by the firm’s solicitors at short notice.
