A RECEPTIONIST at a Worcester law firm has proved she is real quality by winning a major industry award.
Paulette Clarke, who works for QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright in St Nicholas Street, Worcester, picked up the overall winner award for receptionist of the year, at the QualitySolicitors network annual conference in Manchester.
Eddie Ross, QualitySolicitors chief executive said: "I am so proud to be able to present this award. The standard is high but we are always looking for ways to improve still further. Paulette clearly demonstrated to the judging panel that she’s going the extra mile and deserve this recognition."
