BUSINESSWOMAN Stephanie Middleton-Foster reached the shortlist of the National Entrepreneur Awards for the second year running.

The 29-year-old from Redditch, who runs virtual assistant company Outhouse-UK, was a finalist in the best business enabler category and up against rival entrepreneurs from around the UK.

She said: "To be a finalist in this award for the second year in a row, and recognised for the meaningful impact that we have on helping our clients to grow and achieve massive success in business, is an enormous honour. But this is not just about me, it's about the business and it's a reflection of the hard work and dedication of the excellent team who work with me. It is a genuine privilege to be allowed to step inside other people’s businesses, and take an active part in helping them to grow their business and achieve the success they aspire to, so it’s a wonderful thing to be recognised for the impact that we have.”

The event at the ICC in Birmingham was organised by Solihull based serial entrepreneur Nigel Botterill and hosted by comedian Alistair McGowan. The awards celebrated the very best of British entrepreneurship and championed individuals' drive, ambition and passion.
