GRAVITY Credit Control is defying its own name by taking off and moving to larger premises.

The credit control company is building its own success story by relocating to bigger offices on the Brookend Farm Estate in Kempsey, just south of Worcester.

Director Caron Crawford said: "2014 has been our most successful growth year so far as more businesses are seeing the value in outsourcing their credit control function to experts in a time when the need to cut overheads is a key objective. This move is a really positive step forward for us and we're thrilled with the success of the business in such a short time.

"We have seen a general upturn in the level of activity in businesses to business outsourcing to local, trusted firms which specialise in helping clients concentrate on their core operations. By moving into a larger space, we will be able to increase our staffing levels whilst maintaining the emphasis on client retention and customer service. We aim to create more jobs in 2015 to fulfil the need for new and experienced credit management staff."

Gravity Credit Control made Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Awards finals for most promising new business 2014. The firm, which employs five people, has been going for just over two and a half years.
