A GROWING accountancy and business advisory firm is moving across town in Bromsgrove.

It follows the recent agreed mergers between Solihull-based Jerroms, Bromsgrove firm Harrison Priddey & Co and Trafalgars, based in Kings Heath, Birmingham.

The Bromsgrove operation is poised to move out of its current base at St. John's House in St. John Street and into Five Mile House in Hanbury Road.

The combined business now practices under the names of Jerroms, Jerroms Priddey and Jerroms Trafalgars, varying according to locality, with the total number of staff more than 90.

It has pledged to attract new clients across south Birmingham and Worcestershire, hence the Bromsgrove move.

Five Mile House comprises 5,117 sq ft on two floors and has been acquired in a significant six-figure transaction through Redditch property agents John Truslove.

A prestigious headquarters building, it stands at the head of the Metal & Ores Estate and was built in 1999.

There are open plan offices, meeting room, conference room and other facilities, capacity for 20 cars and provision for additional parking.

Ben Truslove, a director of John Truslove, said: β€œIt is quality. In our opinion there are few, if any, more attractive office buildings in the area.

β€œI think this is a great move for Jerroms Priddey and very important in terms of their growth ambitions.”
