LAW firm Thomas Guise has added a sales manager to its team.

In a radical new move, the solicitors with offices in Worcester and Malvern, has brought in non-fee earner Mathew Worrall to build relationships with corporate business clients, an area the firm is particularly interested in growing over the next five years. Mr Worrall will be working alongside director Stuart Bailey and business development manager Johanna Morgan to create new business.

He said: "Having worked in a business development/sales capacity within professional services for a number of years, I have first hand experience of what it takes to increase revenue by way of organic growth. Thomas Guise has a clear vision of where it wants to get to and to be part of that brings great excitement."

Stuart Bailey, Guise's head of sales and marketing, explained: "As part of our continued commitment to growth and excellence we believe that on bringing in fresh new talent in business related areas Thomas Guise will grow from strength to strength in this challenging market place. The appointment of Mathew means the reach of forming new relationships with potential clients is far greater, relieving the fee earners of the initial sales introduction to focus on winning the business and managing their existing clients."
