IT was an evening of fun, fashion, funky hairstyles and fine jewellery as independent businesses from across Worcester joined forces to support Worcestershire Breast Unit Campaign.

The Provenance bar in Foregate Street was the setting for a winter fashion show, meal and live music entertainment which raised £858 for the charity,

Guests were treated to a drinks and canapé reception with an opportunity to browse clothing and beauty products as well as a selection of items from Anja Potze Fine Jewellery. This was followed by a two course meal and live music entertainment, along with a fashion show for the festive season featuring fashion from Stripes and Pockets. Models hair was styled by Umberto Giannini with hair decorations from Beautiful Flowers.

Claire Wright of Stripes Fashion and Beauty said: "It was fantastic for independents in Worcester to put on an event supporting a local charity for a cause which has touched us all. Inspiring customers with exquisite jewellery, occasion outfits complimented by models styled hair in a fantastic venue with drinks and dining made for a fabulous evening.”

We are all passionate about being independent and promoting Worcester, so it seemed perfect to support a cause which will make such a difference to local people.”
