A BALL organised by influential people in the county is being held this November.
Worcestershire Ambassadors, an organisations made up of volunteers who are successful business owners and directors or representatives of the arts, sports and media, has organised the Hope and Glory Dinner which is being held on Wednesday, November 29, at West Midland Safari Park.
The event will be raising money for the Stanley Baldwin Statue Appeal - an appeal which had launched by the Bewdley Civic Society to raise £150,000 for a lasting tribute to honour the former Prime Minister.
The black tie event takes place at Treetops Pavilion at the safari park, with a drinks reception from 6.45pm and carriages from 11pm.
