A WORCESTERSHIRE firm is celebrating two decades in business with fundraising events to support Midlands Air Ambulance.

Catering firm Abraxas, based in Kidderminster, works with catering managers in restaurants, schools, cafes and leisure attractions across the West Midlands

To celebrate the firm's 20th year in business Abraxas staff, who have a passion for supporting the local community, decided to participate in a range of charity events this year, pledging that all proceeds will support the lifesaving work carried out by the Midlands Air Ambulance charity (MAAC).

Sales manager at Abraxas Catering Ltd, Mike Nixon said: "For 20 years Abraxas have been designing, servicing, installing and commissioning all types of bespoke catering equipment in commercial premises across the West Midlands.

"We’re very pleased to be celebrating our 20th year in business and keen to raise as much money as we can for the air ambulance and the phenomenal work that they do to commemorate this milestone.

"The team are very excited about the different charity events planned for the forthcoming year - first on our list is the 240ft abseil from the rooftop of the Hampton by Hilton Hotel in May."
