A WORCESTER agency has won a major contract with developer St Modwen.

Creative services agency, F8 Creates, based at Shrub Hill Industrial Estate, has been involved with the launch of the developer's new website - as part of the launch of the company’s new brand and visual identity. The St. Modwen commission comes after a period of rapid growth for the consultancy, following a three-year-contract win to supply MarComms for Worcestershire County Council’s suite of business support programmes in 2017.

F8 is the driving force behind the creation of The Kiln, the city’s new co-working space. The Kiln was awarded £255,000 funding from Worcester City Council and the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) in 2017, and work has already begun on transforming Worcester’s old police station in Copenhagen Street into open-plan office space.

Co-director Greg Smith said: “We were delighted to get the opportunity to work with St. Modwen and it represents our first partnership with a FTSE 250 company.

"As our client base continues to expand, we’re excited to be a key part of the Kiln, which will help bring together a range of entrepreneurs, freelancers and tech-minded experts."
