A COLWALL-based charity is staging a water conference to coincide with the first anniversary of the devastating 2007 summer floods.
The Beacons development education centre is hosting the conference, entitled "Water, Water Everywhere" at the Christopher Whitehead Language College, in Worcester, at 10am on Saturday, July 12.
The keynote speaker at the conference will be Sarina Jesudason, from international charity WaterAid, while Worcester News editor Kevin Ward, who has written a book on the floods, will give a local perspective.
In the afternoon there will be workshops and discussion groups, with one led by Upton upon Severn mayor Tim Perry.
