THE Wyche and Colwall Horticultural Society ‘s latest meeting took place this week featuring a talk by Roger Umpelby entitled ‘Bugs, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly’.

The group’s next meeting is on Monday, March 1 when Tony Russell is scheduled to talk on Garden Trees for the 21st Century.

Meetings take place in Colwall Village Hall and start at 7.30pm, preceded by free coffee and biscuits from 7pm.

Annual subscription costs £10 or visitors are welcome to attend meetings for a charge of £3.50. For more information call membership secretary Anne Finlay-Baird on 01684 540379.
