A COLWALL residential home will be opening its doors for a garden party this Sunday (August 21).
Visitors to Evendine Residential Home, in Evendine Lane, will be able to enjoy strawberries and cream, afternoon tea, stalls, a raffle and competitions between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
Organiser Anna Kirk said: “This is the first time in a few years that we have done an event like this at Evendine and everyone is looking forward to it.
“We’re grateful to relatives, staff and friends who have donated lots of great raffle prizes.”
All proceeds from the event will go to the residents’ comfort fund. For more information call 07780 900578.
