Polytunnel plan for sheep

 A PLANNING application to put up a polytunnel for housing sheep at a farm near Ledbury has been submitted to Herefordshire Council.

The application has been made by Thomas Jackson of Hope End Barns, Hope End.

According to a statement submitted with the application, the polytunnel will be used to lamb down ewes for about two months a year.

The statement says the structure will be landscaped with high banks on two sides, and with high trees on another.

The proposed polytunnel will be 15 metres long and nine metres wide
