CONSENT is being sought from Herefordshire Council for demolition and rebuilding work to the rear of the Past and Present jewellery shop in the Homend, part of the Ledbury Conservation Area.
The application calls for the demolition of a timber structure to the rear of the building; the demolition of an inside toilet and rebuilding of the rear structure.
It would have a flat roof and be concealed by a wall.
