FIREFIGHTERS spent half-an-hour tackling a chimney fire in Newent.
One crew from the Newent community fire station attended the blaze in Westwick Road just before 11.30am on Thursday, January 17.
On arrival the crew confirmed they were dealing with a chimney fire in a private address.
