 LEDBURY Town Council is considering installing a litter bin in the area between the cemetery and the start of the town trail, off the Ross Road.

Lets hope people use it then. I'm afraid there are a lot who don't appear to know what a bin is for especially round the recreation area. Same applies to dog mess, far too much of it left on pavements.
