BROMYARD Gala celebrated its 50th anniversary at the weekend.
There were many attractions at the two-day event including vintage tractors, a parade of steam, a carnival and The World Famous Dancing Diggers.
?Chairman ?Steve Matthews said the number of visitors were up on both days compared to last year.
He said: "We had a really good weekend. We had the JCB dancing diggers by special invitation and that was a bonus to get them.
"We shall review the show and we shall be planning next year's straight away."
There was also a fairground, food and crafts and a produce and handicraft show at the popular event which typically attracts several thousand visitors.
A History Society marquee screened videos made by schools in Bredenbury, Suckley, Pencombe and Brockhampton to reflect life in their community since 1967 when the first Bromyard Gala was held.
