Link homes plan approved

A PLAN for homes on land behind business premises in Malvern Link has been approved by Malvern Hills District Council.

The plan, by Cedar Branch, is to build 10 one-bedroom flats and two two-bedroom houses on land behind 124 Worcester Road. The site is reached by a lane off Pickersleigh Grove.

One neighbour objected, but council planners judged that the application fitted in with planning criteria.
