Society’s 50 years

A LONG-running choir is preparing to celebrate its 50th season with a Diamond Jubilee theme.
The Ledbury Choral Society’s next performance takes place in St Michael and All Angels at 7.30pm tomorrow (Saturday) and will feature Mozart’s Coronation Mass and Handel’s Utrecht Te Deum.
The group meets every Thursday under the direction of conductor Malcolm Macleod at the Ledbury Baptist Church, in the Homend, and focuses on choral works and sings a variety of traditional English and European secular music.
