A DETERMINED fundraiser from Malvern will be hitting the wall to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

On Wednesday, Simeon Foreman will set out on a multi-day, 90-mile coastto- coast run following the route of Hadrian’s Wall, travelling west from North Shields to Bownesson- Solway, Cumbria.

The 38-year-old, from Longridge Road, has been warming up with events such as the 40-mile Cotswold Challenge.

Mr Foreman, who will be joined for 36 miles of the challenge by regular training partner Andy Dingley, also of Malvern, is hoping to raise £1,000 for Macmillan.

Hilary Al Rasheed, area fund-raising manager for Macmillan, said: “It is really uplifting and inspiring to see him give so much of himself to make a difference for the two million people who are living with cancer.”
