POLICE are investigating an incident in Ledbury where a cyclist was seen trying the handle of a parked car in Viking Way.

When noticed by a member of the public, the man pedalled away on his mountain bike. The incident took place on Monday, November 6.

Police say the man was white, in his early 20s and sporting a Mohican-style haircut, which was blond in the middle and shaved on the sides. He wore a dark jacket and combat-style trousers, and carried a white and grey rucksack.
