I NOTICE from my perusal of Facebook that councillors David Hughes and Paul Swinburn have been challenged to undertake the ice bucket douche.
Rather curiously for a couple so adept at pouring cold water on other people's good ideas, they appear so far to have evaded either the wetting or the charitable donations.
May one ask why?
