THE postman had left a card to say that there was a letter to collect but there was £1.53 postage to pay.
Next day we went and collected it and paid the charges, only to find it was a letter from Malvern Hills District Council saying "Your vote matters".
I wondered if anyone else has had to pay to pick up this leaflet, which we had already received.
I know that the council is trying to cut costs, but not putting stamps on outgoing letters? Come on!
