IF the Malvern area needs to “squeeze in" 8,590 houses then fine.

However, planning permission has been granted, according to Malvern Gazette, for 1,796 houses.

I propose that no more planning permission be granted until these 1,796 have been built.

So far none of the planned sites have started construction, with some sites currently being offered for sale.

Planners and public are being asked to make their decisions based upon potential implications of these undeveloped sites.

If these sites are constructed and sold to homeowners then new land/permission should be granted to meet the requirements for demand, being capped at 8,590.

The A4104 Drake Street possibly could have from what has already been granted an additional 250 cars travelling along it each day, and that excludes any service vehicles.

The B4508 Leigh Sinton road is already busy during rush hour due to the additional housing built some years ago, with the promise of additional traffic measures adjoining A4103, but this has never been carried out, with again a possibly 250 cars daily.
