WHAT nonsense (Letters, February 6)! The Co-op is a business not a stop-off for charity collections et al.
They need a clear entry and isles to sell goods.
From Poppy Day to RSPA, if one is allowed to camp it will be a free for all.
It is worthy of note that Big Issue sellers are self employed, which allows them access to all benefits from the government meaning their incomes are/can be enhanced in every direction.
Therefore the seller can afford a flask or a trip to the cafes in Barnards Green to keep her warm!
The fact that she is pregnant is entirely personal.
However, if she was in trouble and needed help then let us hope someone would do the right thing – I am sure they would!
