IT'S time the police did something to stop so-called boy racers in Ledbury, particularly around the Tesco store.
Sometimes it's like the start of a Formula One race when the lights go green outside of my window.
These people have no regard for residents in The Homend with their loud exhausts, which should be illegal.
I have complained to the police several times, but I have never seen a single officer monitoring traffic near Tesco's. In fact, I can't remember seeing any police on foot patrol in Ledbury for years.
The only time I see police vehicles is when they are parked in Tesco car park and, of course, there are always four or five parked at the police station in Worcester Road when I go that way.
It's a shame they can't send them out on patrol instead.
