ARE traveller ‘transit’ sites being planned between Malvern and Powick?
The South Worcestershire Development Plan (SWDP) website contains information suggesting that a sharing of other districts' site and pitch requirements for travellers transit sites is considered necessary by Malvern Hills District Council.
In my view this represents a sort of "while we know we do not need more sites, we will help out other district councils with their shortcomings in order to save the collective SWDP bid by making provision within the Malvern Hills area of control".
