OUR glossy council tax leaflet arrived last week.
While reading through Malvern Hills District Council's glowing achievements I came across the proud statement that our loos are ranked 15th best in the country.
A quick bit of research and I find that we actually paid £1,000 just to enter this competition.
There is no mention of the static recycling rates or the rising household waste amounts, nor the £300,000 overspend in the refuse department since wheelie bins arrived.
They hope the South Worcestershire Development Plan (SWDP) will progress. But totally ignore the lack of a five-year housing supply which is causing so many unsuitable developments to appear all over our district.
They plan to administer the elections – which is actually something they have to do. So they must be struggling to find actual achievements.
