How to get the roads repaired

HOW pleasing it is to see that the long suffering residents of Madresfield Road by the Gas Tavern Inn are at last having their road resurfaced, it is long overdue and I have negotiated those pot holes, sorry small caves for some years.

Can I make a suggestion to the Malvern Hills District Council. They should go all out to promote as many major and national cycle events to the Malvern Hills and surrounding areas. When the Milk Race came to the area it was noticeable how all the road surfaces along the rout were repaired by the Highways Authority, not just the usual patch with a man in a van with his little bag of tarmac and a tamping stick but a proper repair.

Maybe this is a method of improving the dire state of Malvern’s roads if the areas credibility comes under wider if not national scrutiny.
